Chicago in April | Part I
I don’t really want to write anything. I’m not totally a “share where we went and what we did” kind of blogger. However, I will say one of my favorite parts about Chicago is how powerful it feels as a city. Sara and I reflected on our 4th or 5th day how small we felt… but it didn’t bother us. It felt good to be reminded of how vast the world is, and how many people live within it. I’m proud of the images below, because I challenged myself to capture the city’s most average moments that speak to me. Personally these photos represent that odd feeling Chicago gives you- that each individual is what makes the city bustling.
We went to Pick Me Up Cafe (amazing vegan nachos), can’t remember where pizza was, Hero Coffee, Magnificent mile, Eatly (over-priced but the experience is wonderful), and ended at Second City for a fantastic tear-streaming-snort-laughing show.
